Incandescence Language Consultancy Services (ILCS), an initiative of the Department of English, Mar Thoma College for Women, Perumbavoor, is dedicated to enhancing language proficiency, communication skills and confidence among learners.
Designed as a platform that bridges classroom learning and practical language use, ILCS equips students with the skills necessary to thrive in academic, professional and social contexts.
About ILCS
ILCS functions as a dynamic language support and consultancy wing that fosters effective communication, language awareness and professional readiness. Through interactive activities, guided practice and creative initiatives, students are encouraged to strengthen their listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.

Stories authored by members were published in PCM Children’s Magazine, encouraging creative writing and publication exposure.

ILCS members contributed to the editing of 7 Ph.D. theses and 2 poetry collections, demonstrating professional language consultancy expertise.
