About the Department of Hindi

Hindi is taught as a common course in Mar Thoma College for Women, Perumbavoor. The Department of Hindi started functioning in 1991 and offers additional language course to other courses. Hindi is a language which is used for communication in India. The programme provides communication skills to the students. This helps them to survive in any part of India especially in North India. The programme opens the window of Literature and tends the students to turn towards post-graduation in Hindi.
