National Service Scheme Seven Day Camp 2021 December 23, 2021 "Kaikottu", the Annual Seven Day Camp of NSS, was organised from 23 to 29 December 2021 in the college campus. "Kaikottu", the Annual Seven Day Camp of National Service Scheme Unit No. 57, was held in the College campus from 23 to 29 December 2021. Smt. Annie Martin, Ward Councillor of Ward 11, Perumbavoor Municipality, inaugurated the camp. Waste Management was the project selected for this year's camp and activities pertaining to various aspects of the theme were conducted. Units of pipe compost and compost bin were set in the campus. Preliminary steps for a waste audit were undertaken. NSS volunteers also engaged in campus cleaning and organic farming during the camp. Sessions were held on compost making, women's safety, post-Covid diet, and Anti-drug awareness. Dr. Sujo Mary Varghese, Principal; Dr. Melvi Chandy and Ms. Roshin T. Roy, NSS Programme Officers; and Ms. Salwa Salim and Ms. Afina Kasim, Student Coordinators, gave leadership to the activities.
